ACES Registration System

Planned Program:

Join Ed Tech Training for an intensive, four-day bootcamp with a Google for Education

Certified Trainer. This four-day event will lead participants through each of the required Google

Educator Level I content modules and culminate with the certification exam.

Day 1

The first day of the academy will focus on familiarity with the core services of G Suite such as

Chrome, Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, and Drive. These services provide the foundation for the

entire platform and are critical to your ability to work with G Suite.

Day 2

The second day will bring us deep into Google Drive and explore its suite of productivity software

known as Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Forms. We will also tour Google Classroom and learn how

to make it an integral part of your workflow.

Day 3

The third day of the academy will expand on the G Suite for Education platform into the following

additional services available to educators: Sites, Google Plus, Hangouts, YouTube, Groups,

Keep, and Google Play.

Day 4

The fourth day will afford participants the opportunity to review content from the previous three

sessions in preparation for the exam, which will be taken the second half of the day. The exam is

180 minutes in length and is broken into two parts: objective style questions and practical application scenarios.
